Marc Goldfarb
Marc Goldfarb is a Managing Member of Goldfarb Properties. Goldfarb Properties has focused on using its own private capital to revitalize and reposition properties in the New York City Metro area. Goldfarb Properties owns and manages in excess of 6,000 rental apartments and over 1 million square feet of commercial space. With a commitment to long-term ownership and a carefully crafted construction and leasing plan, Goldfarb Properties creates first-rate properties with minimal vacancies. Mr. Goldfarb has worked for his family owned firm since 1990, and has "hands on" experience with every conceivable part of the business, including: Leasing, Facility Management, Law, Accounting, Construction, and Financing.
Mr. Goldfarb is a graduate of George Washington University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, majoring in Finance. He has served on the boards of the Far Rockaway Chamber of Commerce and the Rockaway Development & Revitalization Corporation. Mr. Goldfarb lives in New York City with his wife Michelle, and their two children.
