HOW TO REGISTER
2. Select Class(es)
Click to review the SPRING 2014 COURSE SCHEDULE for a complete list of class days and times for Fall 2013. Choose age-appropriate classes from a variety of offerings.
3. Complete Registration Form
Download the 2013-14 Registration Form and fill out all sections indicating the group classes and/or private lessons for which you are registering. You can fill out the form online or print a copy to fill out by hand.
4. Submit Registration Form with your Registration Fee by January 15
Submit completed form and registration fee via mail, fax, drop off in person or email the completed online form using the “Save As” file option and then send the completed form to email@example.com There is a non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 for a single child, or a $50.00 fee when registering more than one child in your family. Click here to submit payment through our online system (e-receipt will be sent), mail it in, or make your payment in person. You will receive a confirmation email from the registration department indicating that we have received your completed registration form and fee payment.
5. Fill out additional forms and make a Tuition Payment by January 15
Once your registration is confirmed, HSA will send a welcome packet, which will include a confirmed schedule, an invoice, additional forms (see below) to be completed, and important information about the school. All additional forms and your first tuition payment are due no later than January 15.

Forms of Payment
HSA accepts cash, bank certified checks,money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card for tuition payment. HSA does not accept personal checks.
HSA has many flexible ways to make tuition payments easy and affordable. If you would like to set up a payment plan please indicate the payment plan in which you wish to enroll on your registration form, and you will receive a payment schedule in your welcome packet.

HSA offers a limited number of full and partial scholarships for students with demonstrated financial need on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in applying for financial aid you must first complete the registration process above. Click to learn more.
