How to Register
1. New to HSA? Review the Catalog!

2. Select Class(es)
Click to review the HSA Schedule of Classes for a complete list of class days and times for Spring 2013. Choose age-appropriate classes from a variety of offerings.
3. Complete Registration Form
Download registration form. Submit completed form via mail, fax, drop off in person or scan and email to info@hsanyc.org
4. Reserve Your Spot
Pay non-refundable registration fee of $40.00, or $50.00 if you are registering more than one child in your family. Click here to submit payment through our online system (e-receipt will be sent) or come in and make your payment in person.
5. Registration Almost Complete!
You will first receive a confirmation email from the registration department that we have received your completed registration form. An HSA welcome packet in the mail which will include a confirmed schedule, an invoice, additional forms t be completed, and important information about the school.
Additional Information & Next Steps:
All students need to submit a Medical Release Form before the first day of the semester. Parents will complete page 1 and 2 and the physician will complete page 3. Please read and sign the HSA Student Policies Agreement and return all forms to the Registration Office. If your child is registering for dance classes, please review HSA's dance department dress code.

Forms of Payment
HSA accepts cash, bank certified checks, and money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card for tuition payment. HSA does not accept personal checks.
Financial Aid
HSA offers a limited number of full and partial scholarships for students with demonstrated financial need on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are interested in applying for financial aid you must first complete the registration process above. Click here to learn more.
