How to Register
1. New to HSA? Review Our Offerings
Click to review 2011-2012 HSA Catalog for complete course and program descriptions.
2. Select Class(es)
Choose age appropriate classes from the Course Schedule Be sure to write down the correct names, times and days.
3. Complete Reg Form
Download registration form. Submit completed form via mail, fax, drop off in person or scan and email to info@hsanyc.org.
4. Reserve Your Spot
Pay non-refundable registration fee to reserve your spot in a class. Click here to submit payment through our online system (an e-receipt will be sent) or come in and make your payment in person. [PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED.]
5. Registration Almost Complete!
You will first receive a receive a welcome to HSA packet in the mail which will include a confirmed schedule, an invoice and additional information about the school.

Forms of Payment
HSA accepts cash, bank certified checks, and money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card for tuition payment. HSA does not accept personal checks.
